  Hi, I would like to say that some of your staff at the Fountain Gate store have the most disgusting attitude we have ever seen. Last week, I have bought a shirt for my father as a Christmas present. I was advised that we have the right to exchange and refund when we please. Is that right? Or do you guys get angry at customers when they make good on your promise? My father and mother went back to Fountain Gate today (boxing day) with the intent to exchange as the shirt they picked out was too small. They found a nicer shirt and they didn't know it was a difference of $10 that should be given back to them. The sales assistant who has the gall to call herself a manager (Alana) offered some socks to make up the difference so your store wouldn't lose any money. My parents didn't want any socks therefore nicely asked if they could have the difference of $10 dollars. This is when Alana's attitude changed. She started banging the items really loudly and with such horrible anger when she started doing the process of a refund. If she became angry over $10 dollars, what would she have done if my parents wanted the whole refund? Now mind you, all of my fathers shirts are from your store. You should be ashamed of yourself with your horrid, disgusting service that she gave. Does she think that just because she is a a manager, she has the right to do this? Please do her a favour and give her training on how to be a real manager and to represent your store. They went in there and your store was nearly empty. Say's alot doesn't it? I expect to be given a call or a message ASAP or I will escalate this. How dare she?

  Poor customer service, employees are very cocky, poor quality clothing for such expensive price. Furthermore, if you want to get refund for an item, they will go nuts. Never again.
