    Walked in the store twice. The employees were really arrogant and rude. I will go to other stores for my shoes.

    I brought my son a new pair of shoes for his birthday I gave the lady his shoe size and she told me their size were different to normal shoes but the shoe she gave me was the equivalent to the size I told her , the shoe was to big so I brought them back to a horrible man named STEVE who made me feel like I was a horrible person for asking for a smaller size and telling me they had been worn (they were far to big he couldn't have worn them if he wanted too) I brought them the way I returned them other than my child having tried them on inside the house

    Very upset that I was spoken to like I was doing something wrong returning a item and terrible customer service I will never shop here again
