  I bought iPhone 7plus 10 months ago and it died suddenly I went to the store.they said they can't help because it's software issue and contact apple support and they gave me there number.I called on that number and after wasting 15 minutes over the phone they said it's hardware issue and have to contact apple store. And can't book me in for next five days. Now I have to live without phone for next five days.Sick of apple will never buy it again.

  My phone sent to this shop for repairing about 3 weeks ago,and then I got the email said phone is ready to pickup,but when in the shop they said the phone is on the way,the email is a wrong email.

  APPALLING SERVICE!!!! Had my brand new IPhone 6plus for 2 weeks, conducted basic diagnostics in store to find out the phone was faulty, then instead of issuing me with a brand new product for replacement; they sent it off to NSW for further diagnostic leaving me without explanation or a phone!!!! Now they are telling me they have no idea when I get my phone back or what is going on! STUFF APPLE PRODUCTS AND THIS STORE!!! Not to mention the week you have to wait for a damn appointment!

  Worst customer experience out of any apple store in Melbourne. I decided to try this store as I have never been before and was directed to the concierge who was very arrogant, not very helpful and basically told me don't bother booking an appointment as your item will need to be replaced at a cost anyhow without any inspection.
