    Such rude staff. Never go there again. I was told I could return a double up book as i received two of the same for my birthday. Not only did they question the time (I work full-time as many other people do, tge time was still within the 6 weeks), they stated i had damaged the book by poring over a book corner. Clearly not. Many other books were on display that were actually damaged my book hadn't even been opened. RUDE

    Good bookstore with a whole heap of books that are very rare.

    Rang the Fountain Gate store and was put on hold. Sat and listened to them serve customers, NO ONE CAME BACK TO MY CALL. Left on hold as we speak for 20 minutes plus. Disgusting customer service. I’m hanging up. Not a store to go to or call if your looking for something. Go to Robinson’s instead. This time of the year customers expect better.
