  Ever since getting my eye lashes done here so happy. They do very quickly only half hr as the lady is so experienced and professional. I would never go anywhere else you feel like an appreciated customer who gets a personal service not just a number. This business is run by a wonderful woman who is beyond kind anyone who could write a bad review for such a fantastic business shouldn't be listened too but experience for yourself unfortunately some people are horrible for no reason so I decided to fight back and stand up for what is right and tell everyone this is the best eye lashes and customer service I have received in such a long time we should support wonderful woman and businesses like this!

  Lovely and professional people. Walked in without an appointment and still mange to fit me in with great results for eye lash extensions. Would recommend, the eyelash extension as the session was done fast in 35-40 minutes

  I found them to be completely unprofessional & disrespectful. Rather than solve an issue with a customer-these folks believe in blocking their customers. Not Recommended. I cancelled appointment with them twice because I had terrible flu and I didn't want their staff to catch it. After this their staff informed me that they needed 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule appointment. Next time I informed them a week in advance and requested them to reschedule - well within their policies- however at this instance instead of professionally handling this situation, they blocked me! Yes, they blocked me! It was rude and disrespectful. Not Recommended. Edit: I am 100% certain that I was blocked & their page was not unpublished as all of my friends could see the page and were getting all the options while at the same time I could not access their page or message them!

  I visited Masters of Beauty yesterday and the results are disasterous. I was told told blonde tint would be used, this was not the case as my eyebrows are black!! Secondly, the shape of my eyebrows is DREADFUL. The lady that shaped my eyebrows told me herself "I'm not happy with that one" referring to my other eyebrow. They are not symmetrical, two different shapes, bumpy/uneven. Very dissatisfied with the results of the brow waxing and tinting.

  For anyone wanting a quick fix and a cheap price go here, for those that want beautiful brows book in with other beauticians in the centre (like Elle Bache or Endota Spa).
